How to Order a Moving Notice Card and Our Moving Card Mailing Service

1) On top right of "Home Page", click "My Account", Create an Account, or "Log In", or at the end of your order,  you can "Checkout as Guest", "Create an Account" or "Log In".

2) On "Home Page", select a "Profession", then "Moving Notice Cards" as "Product".

3) Choose an image for your moving notice card front by selecting any image's "View Details" or "Your Own Photo or Design".

4) If you would like the cards shipped to you, proceed through the order, and in "Shipping Details", select "Ship my cards to me".

5) If you would like us to address, stamp and mail your moving notice cards for you, proceed through the order, and in "Shipping Details", select "Do not ship my cards. Keep for Complete Recall Mailing Service and mail them to my patients for me as required" (This applies for both our appt. recall card or moving notice card mailing service).

6) Proceed to complete your moving notice card order.

7) We will email you information to set-you-up on our mailing service & call you to answer any questions before proceeding with your order.

8) Optional: If you like you, you can download and print an order form at "Home Page", tab "How to Order" and then "Download Order Form" & fax to 1-800-903-8564 or email to info@customrecall.com.
